RS2L Learning Hub is here!

July 30 is world day against trafficking in persons and with the rise of human trafficking awareness, we must not forget the importance of prevenative education.

Often, those wanting to support human trafficking causes don’t know how or where to turn or how to begin. Of course, donating to and supporting survivor-led and centered nonprofits created and working to support survivors is a great way to help within this movement. But what many of us forget, while this is a critical piece in the anti-trafficking movement, this is just a reactive way of support, and only half the battle.

We should be talking (and learning!) about the reality in which human trafficking happens, the grooming process, the importance of healthy relationships, risk factors that can make individuals more vulnerable, and actionable steps we can take in relation to and response to trafficking.

The RS2L Learning Hub was built to do just this.

To help everyday individuals, like you, learn:

  • what human trafficking is and what it isn’t

  • risk factors traffickers look for to identify vulnerable potential victims

  • societal factors that make trafficking more accessible

  • actionable steps we can take to help limit and prevent exploitation

Access the RS2L Learning Hub now, and start taking the next step towards ending human trafficking and exploitation in your community.

It’s never too late or too early to start making a difference.
